Transcription Specialist -- Vietnamese

About the Role:

• Review audio files and create accurate written transcripts to improve AI speech recognition.
• Refine transcripts to ensure high-quality data for advanced language models.

Responsibilities:

• Transcribe spoken content exactly, including fillers, repetitions, and incomplete sentences.
• Add timestamps and label speakers or non-speech events like laughter and noise.
• Follow guidelines and pay close attention to detail for accurate output.

Requirements:

• Excellent Vietnamese spelling knowledge and fluency in the Vietnam dialect.
• Good English reading comprehension and prior transcription or audio data experience.
• Stable internet connection and access to a PC, laptop, or iPad.
