Regional Security Manager - Southeast Region

Personnel Management:

• Handle discipline, performance reviews, and scheduling.
• Coordinate time-off.
• Collaborate with HR and recruiting.

Security Operations:

• Oversee security operations and personnel at multiple sites.
• Manage a team of armed security guards.
• Maintain adherence to contract requirements & ASC standards.

Client & Compliance:

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing updates and incident reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Verify the maintenance and proper use of security equipment.
