About the Role:
- You will finalize nELISA data reports and create visualizations for customers.
- You will interact regularly with customers to understand their research questions.
- You will ensure timely delivery of data and support onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate standard data reports for all customer projects.
- Act as a user tester for the Nomic portal and report bugs.
- Develop custom data analysis pipelines for internal improvements and unique customer requests.
About You:
- You have a Master's degree in Life Sciences with 2+ years of data analysis coding experience.
- You thrive in a customer-focused environment and excel at managing multiple projects.
- You are a proactive team player with strong communication skills.
Compensation & Job Details:
- Job Type: Full-time.
- Location: Remote with preference for Eastern Time Zone; up to 25% on-site.
