The Role:
- Drive growth by orchestrating paid search campaigns that exceed client expectations.
- Provide strategic vision and mentor team members to refine their craft.
What You'll Do:
- Lead paid search strategy and execution across a portfolio of clients.
- Develop channel-specific optimization strategies and monitor performance.
- Own contributions to client roadmaps, dashboards, and business reviews.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 2 years hands-on paid search experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Advanced understanding of SEM, bid management platforms, and A/B testing.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to present insights to stakeholders.
