Senior Survey Programmer

As a Senior Survey Programmer at Highlight, you will be a technical expert specializing in designing and implementing surveys that gather critical data for Highlight’s customers. You will program and deploy surveys using Alchemer, Typeform, or other survey vendors, design complex survey logic and customizations, and design surveys according to objectives and clean data needed for analysis. You will also analyze results to generate meaningful insights and prepare data for analysis. In addition, you will perform data validation and quality control checks, troubleshoot data-related issues, and enforce standard operating procedures. You will partner with the Customer Enablement & Research Teams to advocate for software feature enhancements and identify root causes of project issues.
