Role Overview:
- This is an AI-native Product Design Lead role on a fast-moving client at the intersection of enterprise technology and consumer products.
- You will shepherd the product vision for AI-powered features and experiences, designing what it looks like when AI changes what's possible for the user.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own distinct workstreams with guidance from your design director, bringing clarity and momentum to the work.
- Partner with product management, engineering, and development teammates to solve complex experience challenges.
- Build strong client relationships and understand business needs intersecting with consumer experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Product design experience in agency environments with iOS/Android and web, plus demonstrated experience designing AI-enabled features.
- Fluency with AI tools as part of your design practice, using them to move faster and think broader.
- Clear communication style and experience presenting to senior-level clients.
Compensation & Location:
- Target compensation range is $150k - $170k, influenced by skill set, experience, and location.
- This is a remote position based in the USA.
