Responsibilities:
- Perform variant interpretation using our validated in-house genetic evidence system.
- Critically analyze and interpret clinical and genetic information.
- Develop, curate, and refine genetic content for a broad range of genetic disorders.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Genetic Counseling, biological sciences, or related field OR Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience.
- Preferred experience in a CLIA diagnostic laboratory and familiarity with next-generation sequencing.
- Experience or strong interest in oncology, cardiology, neurology, or related fields.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
