Principal Security Compliance Analyst

Position Overview:

• Lead strategic federal compliance, authorization, and assurance programs for U.S. Government customers.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, auditors, regulators, executives, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive certification readiness, continuous compliance, and risk management across hybrid and on-premises environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agency ATO, FedRAMP, and other federal authorization efforts, including package development and maintenance.
• Manage POA&M activities and oversee remediation planning through closure.
• Partner with technical teams to implement automated evidence collection and compliance monitoring.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of progressive experience leading security compliance, audit, and federal authorization programs.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide audit and certification initiatives.
• Experience influencing executive leadership and senior stakeholders.
