Job Description

Responsible for the continuous optimization of our Customer Journey and the increasing of the conversion rate in our online shop. Combines analytical thinking, creative test ideas and a deep understanding of user behavior, to sustainably increase sales per user. Analyses user behavior, conversion funnels and Customer Journeys with tools such as GA4, Hotjar, Klaviyo or Shopify Analytics. You develop test concepts including hypothesis, goal, KPI and test design in collaboration with Design (UI/UX) and Development for the implementation of tests in the shop.

Develops & optimizes landing pages along the Customer Journey and is responsible for Copywriting & Messaging in the funnel – tailored to target groups & purchase phases. Works closely with CRM, Performance Marketing and Product Design for a holistic experience.
