Senior Motion Designer

Creative Direction & Motion Design:

• Lead the design and animation of motion graphics supporting marketing and product campaigns.
• Conceptualize and develop storyboards and animation sequences aligned brand objectives.
• Maintain consistency, technical quality, and alignment with BJAK’s visual identity.

Collaboration & Leadership:

• Work closely with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to translate campaign objectives into motion-driven content.
• Mentor junior motion designers and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders, translating complex ideas into clear creative direction.

Technical & Workflow Mastery:

• Oversee the motion production pipeline from concept to delivery, ensuring efficiency.
• Create reusable templates and design systems to streamline future production.
• Troubleshoot animation, rendering, or visual effects issues to maintain output quality.
