About the Role:
- Own AI evaluation methods and operations for Figma's AI-powered experiences.
- Build and maintain evaluation frameworks, rubrics, golden datasets, and quality bars.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with engineering to create repeatable evaluation pipelines and regression testing.
- Produce clear readouts and dashboards for stakeholder decision-making.
Who You Are:
- 10+ years in product, research, or applied research with 2+ years of management experience.
- Direct experience owning evaluation of AI/LLM-powered products.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual base salary range of $258,000 - $348,000 USD.
