Job Description

You will help support the Wirecutter Advertising Operations team by ensuring the seamless execution of our partnership campaign with a large-sized tech brand. This work directly contributes to maintaining our guides with the best buying options for our readers and highlighting the value of our partnerships. We are looking for a high level of comfort working in a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities: Process Management: Help coordinate the advertising sponsorship process, following defined deliverables. Product Vetting: Vet products for onsite integration by confirming local and in-store availability, ensuring products meet eligibility criteria. URL Auditing: Audit client-provided URLs to confirm product name accuracy, correct search term formatting, and local merchant availability. Integration Sheet Creation: Populate anwd maintain the integration sheet for the Product Engineering team, including guide names, URLs, ID codes for primary and backup products. QA Testing Support: Help with the QA testing phase of the onsite integration staging environment, verifying sponsorship coverage and link validation/accuracy. Communication: Facilitate communication and coordination with multiple teams including Advertising Program Management, Wirecutter AdOps, Commerce Ops, Editorial, Product, and Analytics. Documentation: Help maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation.
