About the Role:
- This remote role is based in Latin America, working with a global client.
- You will own the lakehouse architecture and lead migrations to Databricks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design scalable pipelines and implement data governance with Unity Catalog.
- Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform and drive FinOps practices.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and advise on architecture.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in data engineering, including 5+ years with Databricks and Spark.
- Strong Python, PySpark, SQL, and cloud experience; excellent communication skills.
