About the Role:
- Serve as the operational backbone of the company, handling responsibilities typically managed by an on-site project manager.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to keep projects moving according to schedule.
- Work within the client's existing systems, including Microsoft Teams, email, and construction/estimation software.
Requirements:
- 4–5+ years of construction project management experience; restaurant or hospitality construction preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required; fluent English and strong knowledge of construction project coordination.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and ability to read and interpret construction blueprints.
