Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage Chamber of Progress’ video content strategy across policy, communications, and advocacy campaigns.
  • Produce, edit, and package short-form videos for social media, digital advocacy, press engagement, and organizational storytelling.
  • Turn policy ideas, campaign messages, research findings, and earned media moments into clear and compelling video content.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; minimum of 8 years of post-college work experience in video production, digital media, communications, campaigns, journalism, advocacy, or a related field.
  • Strong video editing skills and fluency with modern video production tools; demonstrated ability to produce polished short-form video content quickly.
  • Strong storytelling instincts and ability to make complicated policy issues understandable and engaging.

Compensation:

  • Part-time contractor role, 20 hours/week; monthly contract rate of $3,700 - $5,800 commensurate with experience.
  • Role does not include benefits or full time status; remote location within the continental U.S.
  • AI tools may be used to support parts of the hiring process; final decisions are made by humans.
