Job Description

Provide customers with post-sales technical support on our portfolio including NGS, Microarray and qPCR along with the associated application. Responsible for providing technical support for these products remotely by phone, email, and other remote support tools. Goal is to understand customers' problems, recommend solutions to meet their needs, and ensure customer success and satisfaction. Duties include remote troubleshooting, analysis of data, acting as a scientific consultant and providing feedback to R&D and marketing teams. Provide internal and external scientific trainings.
