Senior Data Analyst Consultant

Trility Consulting is seeking a Senior Data Analyst who is a powerhouse on the keyboard and a strategic partner to the client’s Data team. In this role, you’ll take data from hidden gems to fully documented, cataloged, and actionable insights, driving the Data Enablement Initiative forward. You’ll lead interviews with stakeholders and subject matter experts, uncovering context and ensuring datasets and data products are enriched, annotated, and aligned with enterprise data strategy.

You’ll design, implement, and maintain metadata structures, ontology layouts, and workflows that make the catalog clear, consistent, and scalable. You'll apply best practices in metadata management and data cataloging to support enterprise-wide processes, while collaborating with data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders. Documenting and communicating findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences is crucial, as is working independently and leading efforts within a collaborative, high-energy data team.
