Role Impact:
- Accelerates model deployment by building automated analysis frameworks and monitoring systems for customer success.
- Creates technical connective tissue, including pipelines and dashboards, to onboard clients faster and improve models.
Responsibilities:
- Bridge R&D and Operations: Act as a technical liaison, translating model behaviors into insights for customer-facing teams.
- Enhance In-House Pipelines: Build and optimize data pipelines using Spark and Airflow for custom reporting and tracking.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Product and Engineering to translate customer needs into ML objectives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field with 3–5 years of experience, or Master’s/Ph.D. with 1–3 years.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, Databricks, Airflow, and AWS.
- Domain Interest: Passion for NLP, LLMs, and compliance technology, with experience in AML or fraud prevention preferred.
