Responsibilities:

  • Own partner integrations end-to-end: Serve as primary technical contact for partners during integration projects.
  • Get hands-on with APIs: Run calls, test integrations, troubleshoot, and help partners navigate SSO and APIs.
  • Translate requirements into action: Gather needs from developers and convert into user stories.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced technical degree a plus.
  • 5+ years in technical project management or product operations.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs and developer support using tools like Postman.
