Internal or Family Medicine Physician

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver the highest standards of care
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and complete charting in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited institution with active national board certification in Internal or Family Medicine
• Minimum of 2 years of consecutive clinical experience as an Internal or Family Medicine Physician
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with emphasis on compassion and clarity
