Job Description
The IT team at Glydways is responsible for the comprehensive management of corporate applications and day-to-day technical operations. This includes providing technical support, managing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms, ensuring robust security, and overseeing the entire user lifecycle. This role will be integral in supporting our daily operations, encompassing technical support, and will also drive key project implementations such as Mobile Device Management (MDM), Single Sign-On (SSO), and the development of IT policies, among others.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting and maintenance: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems. Monitor system performance, manage backups, and apply updates.
Employee Life Cycle : Onboard and offboard new users, order and setup equipment.
Technical support and training: Provide technical support to end-users and train them on new systems and hardware.
System design, implementation and Maintenance: Design, build, and implement computer systems, SaaS tools, networks, and databases to meet business needs. Monitor and maintain our current software, SaaS tools and hardware.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of system designs, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
