Job Description
This role involves leading the full software development lifecycle for Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Copilot solutions.
- Participate in requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Maintain solution documentation, including architecture, dependencies, and deployment instructions.
- Provide insights on continuous operations, support, and optimization of existing solutions.
Build custom business applications and Copilot extensions.
- Enhance business productivity through workflows and automations.
- Test developed components independently and create knowledge transfer plans for QA teams.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Ensure quality through documentation and efficient solutions.
- Strong documentation, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
- Knowledge of Power Platform Admin, SharePoint Admin, Azure/Entra ID Admin, and Dynamics 365 Admin preferred.
- Experience with solution-based Power Platform development, ALM, and deployment across DEV → QA → PROD is needed.
