Job Description
As Sully.ai's Integrations Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical design and execution of how Sully.ai connects with the healthcare ecosystem. You will be responsible for creating scalable, secure, and reliable integrations with a wide variety of EHR systems, ranging from SMB tools to enterprise-grade platforms. Key responsibilities include driving integrations development across FHIR, HL7, APIs, and RPA-based solutions, implementing core infrastructure for connecting to EHRs such as Epic, Cerner, Athena, and others.
You will partner closely with co-founders to set integration strategy and make build vs. buy decisions, work directly with customers to gather requirements, define workflows, and deliver production-ready solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with AI/ML engineers to bridge integrations with applied GenAI systems, ensuring real-world deployment of intelligent automation. The goal is to enable doctors to focus on saving lives by building category-defining partnerships.
