Role Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- 2+ years in customer support (SaaS preferred) with success resolving complex technical issues.
- Strong technical expertise with advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and time management skills with an ownership mindset.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Targeted starting base salary range: $47,000 - $65,000 USD.
