Job Description

Support enterprise customers by providing advanced technical troubleshooting and sustaining engineering for Linux-based environments. Work directly with users, developers, and engineering teams to diagnose, reproduce, and resolve complex networking and system-level issues, involving deep analysis of Linux internals, collaboration across cloud and infrastructure partners, and contribution to knowledge systems and open-source initiatives. Build expertise in modern networking, virtualization, and software-defined technologies, guiding customers through critical issues. The role is fully remote and requires availability during Pacific Time business hours. The position needs 5+ years of software engineering experience, strong Linux expertise, deep understanding of network protocols, and proficiency with Git. Strong documentation skills and advanced packet capture and protocol analysis skills are also required.
