The ServiceNow Digital Innovation and Transformation team, part of Digital Technology umbrella, is responsible for the solutioning and design of GTM technologies including our own ServiceNow platform.

As a Senior Solution Architect, you'll shape the future of our GTM solutions, bringing strategic leadership and deep technical expertise to design and drive the architecture for our next-generation GTM solutions. This is a team where engineering excellence, architectural rigor, and problem-solving at scale drive everything we do.

Drive architecture for complex initiatives across the Marketing, Sales, and Partner domains, especially in the lead-to-cash area. Own and drive the architecture strategy, guiding L1–L3 solution design to ensure alignment with the product roadmap and business processes. Continuously assess emerging technologies and architecture trends to inform future-state architecture.
