Investment Manager

About the Role:

• You will lead the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing applicants to preparing investment recommendations.
• You will shape the portfolio through judgment and creative ownership over finding and evaluating innovations.
• You will work with quantitative methods, evidence standards, and cost-effectiveness analysis to assess impact.

What You'll Do:

• Execute sourcing strategy, build relationships with partners, and screen applications for eligibility and potential impact.
• Conduct technical, financial, and operational diligence on proposals, including modeling expected returns.
• Contribute to technology tools, such as the applicant portal and AI-enabled workflows, to improve team efficiency.

• 7+ years of professional experience in global development or adjacent fields, with strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Entrepreneurial orientation, comfort with ambiguity, and enthusiasm for building new processes and tools.
• Collaborative, low-ego team player with a sense of humor and working familiarity with AI tools.
