Job Description
As our Senior Online Reputation Strategist, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our reputation management efforts across platforms such as Trustpilot, Sitejabber, Google Reviews, Reddit, and key social media channels. This is a senior, strategic role focused on building scalable systems, predictive risk management, and proactive storytelling β not day-to-day comment moderation. You will design and implement frameworks, lead cross-functional initiatives, and shape how our brand is perceived by customers, prospects, and the broader market.
You'll develop and drive JobLeadsβ end-to-end online reputation strategy across all key digital channels. Create playbooks, processes, and frameworks for reputation management that are adopted company-wide. Lead cross-functional collaboration with Customer Service, Social Media, Marketing, and Product teams to align messaging and reputation KPIs. Train and equip internal teams with best practices for handling feedback and public interactions. Implement analytics-driven systems to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to the brandβs reputation. Design and refine SLAs and escalation protocols β enabling fast, consistent responses without managing individual replies. Lead initiatives to amplify authentic customer stories, testimonials, and value-driven content across online platforms. Build a comprehensive reputation scorecard to track sentiment, issue resolution, and other critical metrics. Brief leadership on reputation trends, strategic risks, and emerging opportunities.
