Job Description

Play a key role in ensuring the Salesforce platform runs smoothly for teams across the company. As a Salesforce Support Analyst at Daxko, you will serve as the first point of contact for Salesforce support by monitoring and triaging incoming tickets. You will also troubleshoot user issues involving records, reports, dashboards, automations, and access. Furthermore, you will investigate data or process errors, resolve what you can, and collaborate with senior admins/developers on complex issues.

You will perform user administration tasks such as managing profiles, roles, and permissions, and new user setup. You will also maintain and improve reports, dashboards, list views, and filters to ensure data accuracy and usability. Contribute to data management tasks such as imports, exports, and deduplication by making configuration updates and documenting common support issues, FAQs, and resolution steps to improve internal knowledge sharing.
