What you'll do:
- Own the publishing calendar across all four platforms: X (@KelpDAO), LinkedIn, Binance Square, CoinMarketCap
- Schedule, post, monitor, report
- Localise tone by platform.
Cross-functional coordination:
- Work closely with the KOL team to brief creators, track deliverables, and align timing with campaign phases
- Coordinate with DeFi Growth on incentive campaigns, protocol integrations, and co-marketing drops
- Flag community sentiment and product feedback back into the relevant teams.
Creative thinking:
- Bring ideas for formats, memes, hooks, and reactive content, not just execution
- Help evolve Kelp's visual and copy language across platforms
- Think in campaigns, not just posts
