Job Description

This role is responsible for driving annual order booking by deepening relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring consistent campaign sales and renewals from existing clients. Account Ownership involves managing a portfolio of enterprise brands and agencies across India, acting as their primary point of contact for all campaign needs. The person will drive an annual order book through repeat campaigns, upsells, and cross-sells within assigned accounts. The manager will meet key clients every month to strengthen relationships, present new solutions, and close ongoing opportunities, identify new briefs, seasonal campaigns, and category-level initiatives to expand revenue from each client. Working closely with Campaign Managers, the Creator Supply team, and internal stakeholders is important to ensure flawless campaign delivery and client satisfaction. The role requires to maintain a strong sales pipeline, weekly forecasts, and accurate CRM hygiene to ensure transparency and predictability in revenue.
