Jr Data Analyst

Del Oro Consulting is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join their team. This is a fully remote, ongoing consulting opportunity supporting a major partner incentive program for one of our top clients. The Junior Data Analyst will support the Lead Analyst by assisting in collecting, entering, cleaning, and preparing large datasets for analysis, performing accurate and timely data entry tasks, using Power BI to build, update, and maintain dashboards and visual reports, conducting basic data mining and trend analysis to identify insights, supporting ad hoc reporting and scenario testing, and collaborating with team members to ensure data accuracy and actionable outputs. Qualifications include experience using Power BI for data visualization and reporting, strong Excel and data mining skills, familiarity with data entry, 1–3 years of relevant experience in data analysis or data support roles, strong attention to detail, good communication skills and flexibility, and exposure to partner programs or incentive models is a plus.
