Job Description
As an Applied AI Engineer, you’ll partner closely with engineering, product, customer success, and sales to design and deploy real-world document AI solutions to deliver an impact for our customers. You’ll take ownership of pre-sales technical engagements and help develop technical champions at prospects, customers, and partners. You will engage directly with customers to understand business challenges and design custom demos and POCs leveraging ADE (schema-based extraction, validation, grounding).
You will lead client presentations, whiteboard sessions, and technical workshops, clearly communicating ADE’s value and differentiators. You will also design, develop, and deploy document AI and multimodal pipelines (OCR, LLM reasoning, validation, workflow integration). You will deploy ADE across Snowflake, AWS, and enterprise VPCs using Docker/Kubernetes and APIs to ensure scalability and security.
