About the Role:
- Provide critical analytical insights and process efficiency during high-growth phase.
- Oversee data visibility and internal automation development.
- Build and optimize BI dashboards and AI-assisted workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries using joins, aggregations, and window functions.
- Build, deploy, and maintain intuitive BI dashboards.
- Use advanced AI tools to prototype and ship scripts, tools, and workflows.
- Identify and automate repetitive manual tasks across the organization.
Requirements:
- Solid SQL foundation with complex joins and query optimization.
- Hands-on experience with major BI tools (Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Proven AI-assisted projects and automation.
- Strong analytical rigor and communication skills.
