Senior Data Scientist

Solve complex business problems (e.g., cost allocation, error detection, data imputation) to deliver insights that advance business initiatives. Own and evolve our data ecosystem (Snowflake + dbt) and ensure data is accurate and well-structured. Work with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, define metrics, and establish reporting frameworks. Contribute to the strategic planning process by presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the company. Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to increase operational accuracy and efficiency. Design and establish a company culture of rigorous, data-informed decision making.
