Job Description
As a Performance Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships while driving performance across AutoSync’s Digital Advertising, Digital Retail, Website, and SEO product lines. This role involves proactively managing the day-to-day operations of client accounts, including strategic account planning, performance reviews, training, technical support, and issue resolution. The Performance Consultant will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Management teams within dealership clients to ensure success and alignment across all initiatives.
You will craft and implement an effective digital marketing strategy (CRO, SEM, SEO) that delivers in line with your client’s business goals & budget. You will track performance, provide analysis, and become a trusted consultant and advisor. Consistently complete performance reviews in line with business guidelines to strengthen client relationships. Regularly audit digital product and advertising program performance, making refinements as needed to ensure execution aligns with strategic objectives.
Build trust and strong relationships with dealers. Drive high levels of product adoption where applicable, identify growth opportunities within your account portfolio, and reduce potential churn through proactive retention strategies and effective issue de-escalation.
