Senior Client Success Manager

The Senior Client Success Manager will manage and grow client relationships by executing data-driven performance marketing strategies that exceed customer acquisition goals while ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration. The manager will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring balance between meeting client demands and internal company goals and priorities. The manager will proactively identify and execute opportunities to scale client accounts, consistently achieving or exceeding profitability targets within the first 6 months. They will own the onboarding experience, manage day-to-day campaign execution, and analyze performance data to optimize strategy in real-time.
