Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Own RN recruiting from end to end, managing the process from first touch to the candidate's first day.
- Act as a full-cycle operator, setting strategy, building processes, and delivering results at startup speed.
- Uphold clarity, urgency, and excellence at every step of the recruiting lifecycle.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (Registered Nurse, Healthcare or Clinical Domains preferred).
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, early-stage environments.
- Exceptional sourcing, reviewing, interviewing, and closing skills.
