Job Description
Collaborate with designers to translate design concepts and prototypes into fully functional web experiences by use of clean, responsive, and accessible front-end code. Build and optimize high-impact landing pages and web/WordPress components to support creative & marketing goals. Implement SEO enhancements, including technical updates (schema, metadata) and on-page content refinements. Configure event tracking and tags in Google Tag Manager and GA4, and clearly communicate tracking needs across teams.
Audit and improve site performance, content quality, and mobile responsiveness using tools like Lighthouse. Translate Figma prototypes into clean, responsive, and accessible production-ready code. Deploy A/B test variants to support data-informed optimization efforts. Troubleshoot front-end bugs, communicate solutions clearly, and implement scalable, long-term fixes. Maintain site health by managing plugins, performing updates, and ensuring backups are regularly completed.
Communicate clearly and ask thoughtful questions to ensure alignment. Stay current with web standards (W3C), accessibility guidelines (WCAG), and front-end best practices—and help keep the team informed and up to date.
