Job Description
The Senior Content Designer will:
- Design and lead end-to-end learning program content development, including leadership development.
- Translate business and behavioral needs into engaging, outcomes-driven content across multiple modalities.
- Proactively partner cross-functionally with teams across Retail, Brand, and People & Culture to identify needs.
- Lead content reviews and refinements based on stakeholder input and program metrics.
- Support and mentor peers on best practices in content design and storytelling.
