Senior / Staff Data Scientist

As a Senior/Staff Data Scientist, you will be an integral member of the Data Science team within Resilinc. You will conduct literature reviews to identify suitable algorithms for addressing specific business problems, while designing, building, and implementing scalable machine learning pipelines. You will take ownership of large-scale, complex projects, ensuring they align with business objectives. You'll collaborate proactively with stakeholders, articulate analytical findings, and present progress to cross-functional teams within Resilinc. The required skillset includes proficiency in Python, SQL, LLMs, Generative AI, and experience with tools such as Databricks and Apache Spark. The role involves developing complex algorithms, integrating them into scalable software solutions, and managing the full lifecycle of machine learning models on cloud platforms like AWS and Azure. Experience with web application frameworks such as Flask, Django, or Streamlit is valuable.
