Senior Designer (Campaign / User Growth) APAC

Shape high-impact user experiences across campaign websites, in-app marketing initiatives, and other digital assets that drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement. You’ll collaborate closely with marketers, product managers, and developers to design solutions that are not only visually engaging but also optimized for performance and conversion. Responsibilities include designing responsive landing pages and campaign microsites, collaborating on in-app marketing touchpoints, translating growth strategies into testable design solutions, creating wireframes and UI designs, and maintaining brand consistency. You will also be expected to track design performance and support ad-hoc creative needs.
