Job Description

The Sr. Brand Manager is a leadership role responsible for embracing and proactively managing our key client’s satisfaction and account profitability by delivering work on time, on scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, ideally in an advertising agency environment—having worked closely with specialists in creative, media buying, email, content, analytics, contracts, and all other parts of the business. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with senior-level clients, leading account managers, collaborating with creative teams, ensuring client satisfaction, presenting campaign strategies, and monitoring account performance. Comfort navigating client complexities in a busy agency is a must.
