Medical Education Manager

Manage and deliver education programs for AWM Medical Education in GSA and support regional colleagues in program delivery. Drive implementation of new technologies for blended learning offerings, such as e.g. gaming and hybrid learning models. Develop and maintain networks for the region to ensure vision, plans, objectives, interfaces and initiatives are well communicated, and learnings are shared with Medical Education partners as well as Marketing and Sales partners. Establish and maintain identification, recruitment, and development of health care providers to support safe and effective use of AWM products. Complete annual needs assessment in partnership with Professional Affairs. Ensure process integrity and compliance with local regulations and effective use of our Leaning Management System.
