Senior Product Designer

Lead design vision and execution for the MaxPreps product, shaping direction for the product team to create an exceptional interactive experience. Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders to deliver thoughtful, high-impact experiences. Lead the creation of sketches, wireframes, and prototypes to validate ideas with end users and guide product decisions. Provide comprehensive specs, interactive prototypes, and documentation for smooth handoff to development. Present and communicate your work across teams and leadership, aligning stakeholders and championing user needs. Maintain, evolve, and contribute to a scalable design system that supports consistency, speed, and growth. Work closely with marketing and brand partners when needed to align experience design across the user journey. Collaborate within Agile teams to shape requirements, develop user stories, and support ongoing iteration throughout the product lifecycle. Be proactive and autonomous owning your work and taking responsibility for both strategy and execution.
