RN / WEO plus 2 weekdays / Telehealth Nursing Division

We are seeking a capable Registered Nurse / RN who has acquired broad experience in caring for patients and has developed a sound understanding about the care of a particular patient population. The Virtual/Telehealth Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing high-quality patient care using virtual platforms. The RN utilizes their clinical expertise, critical thinking, and evidence-based practices to assess, triage, and support patients remotely. The role requires proficiency in telecommunication technologies, the ability to apply clinical algorithms and protocols, and a strong understanding of patient populations and virtual care workflows. Key responsibilities include remote patient assessments, triage, and crisis intervention. They will also develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and providers, and document patient interactions, assessments, and interventions in the EMR. The RN must maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
