Director, Catalytic Investing

Prime seeks an experienced investment professional to lead our expanded catalytic capital platform. You'll source and advance strategic investments that address the highest and best uses of catalytic capital in climate solutions. As Director, you'll manage our impact-prioritizing portfolio, develop investment strategies, and build partnerships with external fund managers. You'll partner with senior leadership to build an impactful catalytic investment portfolio aligned with Prime's 10-year vision. Establish protocols for screening, evaluating, structuring, and monitoring catalytic fund investments, as well as lead sourcing and evaluation of Prime-curated opportunities. Represent Prime publicly through speaking engagements and knowledge-sharing initiatives and supervise and mentor the Catalytic Investing team.
