Project Leadership:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for project initiatives, maintaining communication with volunteers, partners, and staff.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration and provide clear documentation of priorities, next steps, and responsibilities.
- Make recommendations to improve workflows, efficiency, and project documentation using tools such as Airtable and Jira.
