Role and Responsibilities:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across the company, from headcount approval to offer close, spanning senior leadership, technical, customer-facing, and operational roles.
  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and executives, guiding leveling, building scorecards, and designing interview loops.
  • Actively manage candidate pipelines, source directly, and use AI tools to improve speed and quality.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including senior leadership, sales, and technical roles.
  • Experience in healthcare and/or SaaS within a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong generalist comfortable with diverse searches and able to pivot quickly.

Compensation and Culture:

  • Base salary range of $141,000 - $165,000 per year plus stock options.
  • Unlimited flexible time off, 15+ holidays, monthly rest days, and 6-week paid sabbatical.
  • 100% remote US-based role with medical, dental, vision, and 16 weeks paid parental leave.
