Senior Category Manager

As a Senior Category Manager, you’ll be part of our Tools & Outdoor team working as a remote employee. The Category Manager is responsible for executing category strategy across all battery platforms, driving a holistic story for the end user by continuous innovation. You'll get to execute category strategy across all Category portfolios and guide the NPD process to align with brand direction through the early-stage ideation phase. You will also gather and synthesize information from various teams to assess competitive positioning, identify opportunities, and understand market dynamics. Product life cycle management including low/negative margin analysis and SKU rationalization is expected. Communicate strategy with cross-functional teams (sales, brand, product, channel) and act as point of contact for product launch. Coordinate with regional teams on product development initiatives, marketing strategy, and life cycle management opportunity.
